What this website collects today
ekapass.com is currently an informational page. We do not ask you for personal information here, and we set no marketing or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security providers (Cloudflare) process standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve and protect the site.
When our platform launches
Our upcoming products will process information such as names, phone numbers and email addresses to deliver event registrations and digital passes on behalf of event organizers. When they launch, this policy will be updated with full details of what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For events run by organizers on our platform, the organizer decides what is collected and why; EkaPass processes that information on the organizer's behalf.
Communication channels
Our services may send transactional messages (such as registration confirmations and entry passes) via WhatsApp and email, only in connection with actions you or an event organizer initiate. We do not send marketing messages without consent, and every message channel offers a way to opt out.
